Job Description
we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented customer support executive to manage customer interactions, support cross-functional teams, and ensure high service quality. the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adopts a solution-oriented approach, and effectively converts customer feedback into actionable improvements.
what will you do?
- respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- communicate with customers across multiple channels, including calls and emails
- acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
- resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- deliver consistent, courteous, and professional customer support
you should apply if you:
- have 03 years of experience in customer support (FinTech experience preferred), and have completed graduation
- have excellent verbal and written communication in English; Hindi verbal communication is required
- are composed under pressure: you have the ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult or irate customers
- have strong ability to understand customer concerns and view issues from the customers perspective
- demonstrate strong work ethics, adhere to schedules and shift timings, and are willing to work in rotational shifts
- have ownership mindset: take end-to-end responsibility for customer issues and proactively work toward resolution
