Job Title: Customer Support Executive Banking Process
Work Location: Guindy Chennai
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a leading Banking Process to provide excellent customer support and service. As a Customer Support Executive , you will handle customer queries, provide information about banking products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off
- Rotational shift timing till 11 pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
- Communicate fluently in English with Hindi
Qualifications:
- Graduation (mandatory)
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation: 3 LPA
