Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Domain: E-commerce Platform
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation mandatory
- Experience: 0 1 year in any BPO domain (Freshers welcome)
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Looking for Immediate joiners.
Salary:
- 19,000 Take Home / 23,000 CTC (Freshers)
- 22,000 Take Home / 26,000 CTC (1+ year experience in Customer Support)
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working , 1 rotational week-off
- Shift window: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Assessment Requirements:
- Versant: Minimum 4
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM / 85% accuracy
- SVAR Score: 54
