This is a full time office role based at our HQ in Delhi. CTC : 1.5 LPA - 2.4 LPA (Subject to Experience and Qualification).
About the role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Call customers to seek their feedback.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and relevant information to address their needs.
Qualification
- Good communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
