About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives Voice Process for a leading MNC in Noida. The role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls and delivering high-quality support to domestic and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT.
- Manage client escalation handling and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform client retentionrelated activities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets.
Required Skills
- 14 years of experience in Customer Support Voice.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
