Job Description
US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST
We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This role requiresstrong communicationskills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, phone, chat) promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provideaccuratesolutions using knowledge base resources.
- Follow up on unresolved issues, escalate when necessary, and ensuretimelyresolution.
- Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role within a dynamic organization.
- Customer Service Skills: Active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written), stronggrammarand spelling.
- Technical Skills:Proficiencyin MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Initiative to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accuracy in following instructions and processes.
