We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for our customers. This role requiresstrong communicationskills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, phone, chat) promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and provideaccuratesolutions using knowledge base resources.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues, escalate when necessary, and ensuretimelyresolution.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role within a dynamic organization.
  • Customer Service Skills: Active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written), stronggrammarand spelling.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiencyin MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Initiative to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accuracy in following instructions and processes.
