Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is an excellent communicator and a logical problem solver. In this role, you will be the primary link between our users and our team, ensuring every user feels heard and helped.
You don't need to be a "techie" to apply, but you must be a quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work.
What You Will Do- Communicate Clearly: Handle user inquiries via email and chat. Your main goal is to provide responses that are polite, helpful, and easy to understand.
- Investigate Issues: When a user faces a problem, you wont just pass it on. You will ask the right questions to understand exactly what went wrong.
- Work with the Team: You will act as a bridge to our internal team, explaining user issues clearly so they can be fixed quickly.
- Own the Resolution: You are responsible for the users experience from the moment they contact us until their issue is solved.
- Top-Tier Communication: You can write professional emails and explain complex situations in simple words.
- Logical Mindset: You are good at "connecting the dots." You can follow a process step-by-step to find the root cause of an issue.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using computers, web browsers, and learning new software tools quickly.
- Reliable & Organized: You pay attention to details and ensure no message goes unanswered.
- Kota Resident: You must be currently residing in Kota.
- No Sales: This is a pure support role. No calling targets or selling required.
- No Coding: You do not need programming experience.
