Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support by resolving customer queries at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Demonstrate confidence and ownership in handling and resolving customer requests and concerns.
- Assess customer sentiment throughout interactions and proactively escalate issues when required on behalf of the customer.
- Manage all customer communications with appropriate etiquette, professionalism, and timely responses.
- Work consistently toward achieving defined operational and performance targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Typing speed of 2535 words per minute .
- Strong ability in rule-based decision making.
- Good problem-solving skills using basic math and analytical reasoning.
- Effective research skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Flexible to work at Night shift.
- 5 days' work 2 days rotational split week-off.
Salary Package
- Freshers: 3 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: 3.4 LPA
