Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support by resolving customer queries at the first point of contact whenever possible.
  • Demonstrate confidence and ownership in handling and resolving customer requests and concerns.
  • Assess customer sentiment throughout interactions and proactively escalate issues when required on behalf of the customer.
  • Manage all customer communications with appropriate etiquette, professionalism, and timely responses.
  • Work consistently toward achieving defined operational and performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Typing speed of 2535 words per minute .
  • Strong ability in rule-based decision making.
  • Good problem-solving skills using basic math and analytical reasoning.
  • Effective research skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexible to work at Night shift.
  • 5 days' work 2 days rotational split week-off.


Salary Package

  • Freshers: 3 LPA
  • Experienced Candidates: 3.4 LPA
