Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for NiveshPe users. Youll play a critical role in building trust, resolving queries, and ensuring users feel confident and supported in their investment journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, explaining things simply, and wants to grow in the fintech/startup ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in-app support
  • Assist users with:
  • App onboarding
  • KYC-related queries
  • SIP setup, modification, and tracking
  • Basic mutual fund and investment-related questions
  • Provide clear, patient, and empathetic support to first-time investors
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Coordinate with operations and product teams to improve user experience
  • Educate users on NiveshPe features in a simple, non-technical manner


Requirements & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance background is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi (English proficiency preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and WhatsApp
  • Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital payments
  • Willingness to work from office in Bhopal
  • Freshers with the right attitude are welcome


Good to Have

  • Experience in customer support, fintech, banking, or insurance
  • Knowledge of mutual funds or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
  • Experience handling customers from Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities
