Process Type: Customer Service
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Workdays: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)
Shift Timings:
- Girls: Day Shift
- Boys: Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with process guidelines.
Key Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory .
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (must be verifiable on paper).
- Good knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
