Process Type: Customer Service

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Workdays: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)

Shift Timings:

  • Girls: Day Shift
  • Boys: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with process guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation is mandatory .
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (must be verifiable on paper).
  • Good knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
