Position - Customer Support Executive

location - Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience - Experienced

Job Time - Shift Wise (Morning, afternoon and night shift)

UK Based Company

Preferred - Male & Female

Budget till 4.20 LPA

Note - Excellent With English Communication In Both Verbal and Written


What you will work on:

As our new Customer Services Representative, you will successfully provide effective and high-

quality service to our customers that will be using our system



- Promptly manage calls and queries from customers.

- Understand the customers needs & requirements and adapt accordingly while resolution.

- Resolving customer complaints and issues.

- Troubleshooting and investigate /escalate when needed.

- Ability to build strong customer relationship and rapport with colleagues

- Gain an in-depth knowledge about company products and provide technical support to

the customers / end users on the same.


The Successful Applicant Will Have

- Proven customer service experience

- Friendly and approachable personality

- Excellent (verbal & written) communication & interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn quickly and take additional responsibilities

- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

- Able to work on own initiative whilst also being able to be a strong team player

- Strong IT Skills especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
