Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy, English-proficient Customer Support Executive to join our Bhopal team. This is a Blended Process role, meaning you will be the voice and the text behind our brandhandling phone calls, live chats, and emails with equal grace.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional, warm, and clear English accent.
• Digital Support: Manage customer queries via WhatsApp, Live Chat, and Email (Blended process).
• Order Orchestration: Coordinate with our production and logistics teams to provide real-time updates on personalized orders.
• Issue Resolution: Calmly and efficiently resolve delivery delays, customization errors, or technical checkout issues.
• Relationship Building: Go beyond "scripts" to build genuine connections with our customers during their special occasions.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English: You must have top-tier verbal and written English skills. (A "Voice/Blended" requirement).
• The "Empathy" Factor: You understand that a late birthday gift is a big deal and treat it with urgency.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating e-commerce dashboards and CRM tools.
• Bhopal Based: This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal office. We value the energy of working together!
• Experience: 12 years in a customer-facing role (e-commerce experience is a huge bonus).
