Job Description
We are looking for a fresher/experienced Customer Support/Game Support Executive with experience in player/customer support. He/she will be the point of contact for the players ensuring smooth gaming experience.
Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective support to players via email or any other medium and solve the issues/queries.
- Be responsible to deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to minimal response time.
- Setup processes and create & maintain FAQs.
- Gather player feedback and share insights with the product and design teams.
Required:
- Exp: 0-2 years in customer support (freshers can apply).
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Passion for gaming.
