Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Foxtale for our customers. Youll manage day-to-day customer interactions across WhatsApp and email, ensuring timely, empathetic, and accurate responses while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp and email in a professional and brand-aligned manner
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, products, and general inquiries
  • Ensure quick turnaround times and high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Identify recurring issues, gaps, or trends in customer queries and flag them proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth resolution of concerns
  • Follow defined processes and contribute to improving response quality and consistency
What Were Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in customer support, customer experience, or a similar role (D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (clarity and tone are key)
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of conversations on WhatsApp and email
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to think beyond scripts and take ownership of customer issues
  • Organized, process-oriented, and eager to improve how things are done
