Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: INR35,000 45,000 per month + incentives

We are looking forCustomer Support / International Voice Process professionalsto join our growing team.

In this role, you will be interacting withinternational clients (UK, US, Middle East), introducing them to our business events, and guiding them through participation in our conferences.

While the role involvescustomer interaction and relationship building, it also provides exposure tosales, client engagement, and performance-based incentives, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking togrow beyond traditional customer support roles.

• Handle outbound calls withinternational clients (UK/US/Middle East markets)
• Communicate details aboutindustry conferences and events
• Assist and guide professionals regarding event participation
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Follow up with interested participants via calls and emails
• Maintain records of interactions and responses
• Work towardsperformance targets and engagement goals

Candidates with experience in:

• Customer Support / Customer Service
• International Voice Process (BPO / Call Center)
• Tele-calling or client interaction roles
• Strongspoken English and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting withinternational clients
• Open to working in aperformance-driven environment
• Willing to learn and grow inclient engagement and sales-oriented roles
