About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive at EnKash, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless support experience across calls, emails, and chat. You will play a key role in resolving product, transaction, and utility-related queries while maintaining high service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
Assist customers with product usage, transactions, and service-related issues
Log customer tickets accurately and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and closure as per defined TAT/SLA
Support customers with utility services such as bill payments, recharges, and BBPS
Maintain proper documentation and follow support processes consistently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
What Were Looking For
0-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Basic understanding of fintech, payments, or utility services is an added advantage
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Good to Have
Experience supporting utility services such as electricity bills, recharges, and BBPS
Prior exposure to fintech, Saas based product, or digital payments customer support
