Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple voice process roles. The role involves handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Freshers are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers in Hinglish
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
- Update basic customer details and call outcomes accurately
- Education: 12th Pass & Above
- Language: Hinglish (Mandatory)
- Criteria: Non-DRA candidates only
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida
- Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month
- Fixed pay + performance-based incentives
