Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple voice process roles. The role involves handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Freshers are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers in Hinglish
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
  • Update basic customer details and call outcomes accurately
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Education: 12th Pass & Above
  • Language: Hinglish (Mandatory)
  • Criteria: Non-DRA candidates only
  • Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month
  • Fixed pay + performance-based incentives
