ChickCoop is a growing poultry and livestock commerce platform serving farmers, dealers, and partners across PAN India. We help poultry farmers access quality feeds, knowledge products, and reliable support to run profitable and sustainable poultry operations.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for ChickCoop customers from multiple states across India. Your role is to handle customer queries, coordinate orders, and assist customers in completing purchases smoothly.

This is a frontline execution role that directly impacts customer satisfaction and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer queries via:
  • Phone calls, WhatsApp, Website inquiries
  • Social media messages
  • Explain ChickCoop products clearly:
  • Poultry feeds (including bulk orders)
  • Books and learning materials
  • Partner & dealer-related queries

Communicate politely and effectively with customers from PAN India*.


2. Order Confirmation:

Coordinate customer orders with:

  • Internal operations team
  • Local dealers
  • Logistics partners
  • Track order status and provide timely updates to customers
  • Follow up on pending payments, dispatches, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets / CRM tools


3. Sales Support (No Hard Target Goals)

  • Assist customers in selecting the right product as per their needs
  • Support conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Explain COD vs prepaid options and delivery timelines
  • Upsell relevant products when appropriate (no aggressive sales)


Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English (Additional regional is Plus)
  • Comfortable talking to customers from different regions of India
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Excel, email)
  • Patient, responsible, and customer-focused attitude


Preferred (Bonus)

  • Experience in customer support, sales support, or e-commerce operations
  • Background or interest in poultry, agriculture, or rural markets
  • Experience handling logistics or dealer coordination


Role's Info

  • Organization: ChickCoop Farm Private Limited
  • Salary (Starting): 15,000 30,000 per month
  • Location: Online/Hybrid (India)
  • Probation: 1 Months (30 Days)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
  • Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head
