Job Description

Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Full-time In-office (HSR, Bangalore) Super competitive pay


You will be responsible for responding to user queries and ensuring they are resolved successfully within a 24-hour TAT. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating user issues, and working with the relevant teams to ensure they are resolved.


What youll do:


  • Address queries raised by customers, and ensure that they get resolved within a fixed TAT
  • Follow up internally with the team, so that the issues causing those queries are fixed promptly
