Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Good to have:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the skincare, beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
