Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage B2C customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to post-purchase support. The ideal candidate should be patient, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Share accurate information about products, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Assist customers with order booking, tracking, and delivery updates
• Resolve complaints professionally within timelines
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and installation teams for issue resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking sheets
• Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction
• Support upselling or cross-selling when appropriate

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Kannada is a plus)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

01 year experience in customer support / telecalling / BPO / retail support

Preferred Qualities

• Interest or experience in home dcor, furniture, or interiors
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Willingness to learn product details quickly
