Position: Customer Support Executive Specialized Queue
Process: Blended (Chat 80% | Voice 20%)
Location: Gurgaon (GGN)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Role Overview:
Handle customer queries via chat and voice support
Resolve BFSI/financial service-related concerns
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM documentation
Coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
Mandatory BFSI experience (Min. 6 months)
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with blended process
Ready for immediate interview & joining
