About the RoleWe are hiring an Customer Support Executive to manage Airbnb guest communications for our U.S.-based hospitality portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality, hotel, or customer service background who are confident communicating in English and delivering excellent guest experiences.
This is a full-time, long-term, day and night-shift position based in Ahmedabad .
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Airbnb guest messages promptly and professionally
- Handle check-in, check-out, and stay-related inquiries
- Resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
- Hospitality / hotel / customer service experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills (email, booking platforms, CRM tools)
- Experience with Airbnb or other OTA platforms is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad during U.S. time zones (night shift)
- Salary: 32,000 42,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: Included / Additional
