About the Role

We are hiring an Customer Support Executive to manage Airbnb guest communications for our U.S.-based hospitality portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality, hotel, or customer service background who are confident communicating in English and delivering excellent guest experiences.

This is a full-time, long-term, day and night-shift position based in Ahmedabad .

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Airbnb guest messages promptly and professionally
  • Handle check-in, check-out, and stay-related inquiries
  • Resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
Requirements
  • Hospitality / hotel / customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong computer skills (email, booking platforms, CRM tools)
  • Experience with Airbnb or other OTA platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad during U.S. time zones (night shift)
Compensation & Work Details
  • Salary: 32,000 42,000 per month
  • Night Shift Allowance: Included / Additional
  • Shift: U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift)
