Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, training support, and data entry related to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
