Job Summary

Varicon is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to manage post-order customer coordination, technical support, and relationship management for our industrial and energy projects. The role requires a strong blend of engineering knowledge, customer communication, and project support skills.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for customers after order confirmation

Coordinate with engineering, project, service, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution

Handle technical queries, drawings, documentation, and clarifications from customers

Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities

Track project milestones, delivery schedules, and service commitments

Coordinate AMC, service visits, breakdown support, and spares requirements

Prepare and share service reports, MOMs, and customer communications

Maintain strong long-term customer relationships and satisfaction

Identify opportunities for repeat business, AMC renewals, and spares sales

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation

46 years of experience in industrial equipment, EPC, oil & gas, energy, or manufacturing

Strong understanding of industrial systems, skids, compressors, dryers, filters, or process equipment

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to interface confidently with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and documentation

Willingness to travel to customer sites when required

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)

Exposure to after-sales support, AMC management, or service coordination

Experience in CGD, LNG, Hydrogen, Gas systems, or EPC projects

Customer-facing role in B2B engineering companies
