We are specifically looking for Freshers with excellent Comm skills in English.
Requirement details:
Supporting Staging & Porduction: Managing daily content strategies and production validation testing (PVT)
Optimise Search and Merchandising: Improve website search and product merchandising Product enrichment and maintence
coordination and optimisation: Collaborate with product coordination team for product optimisations to lift conversion Testing for DM & CRM:
Conduct test for digital makreting and CRM channels
Competitor Analysis: Perform daily competitor reviews and analysis and monitor activities of competitors and delivery weekly reports Cateogry Optimisation Support: Assist in enhancing category pages and user navigation
Lead Gifting Section: Oversee and update the wesbite's gifting area
Reporting & Insights: Develop and provide insights from daily/weekly reports. Act as the 2IC for the eCommerce Manager
Project Support and Input: Contribute to adhoc and planned projects Content Coordination and Approval
Trade:
- Managing daily content strategies and Supporting Staging & Production
- Improve website search, enhance category pages and user navigation
- Conduct test for digital marketing and CRM channels
- Perform daily competitor reviews and analysis and monitor activities of competitors and delivery weekly reports
- Assist in campaign content development, handle weekly briefs and staging systems
- Oversee websites gifting area, contribute to adhoc and planned projects
- Act 2nd in command for Trade Manager, develop and provide insights from daily/weekly reports
Product Enrichment:
- Quality check and publish products on the customer website in-line to the guidelines and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Working on E-mails to make sure suppliers follow clear rules for the product information they give us and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Audit and match products to the right categories using customer guidelines.
Promotions:
- Previewing offers for Campaign going live
- Collaborate with content and catalog team to ensure offers optimized during campaigns
- Ensure all promotional campaigns meet platform guidelines and deadlines
- Upload offer for the upcoming campaigns/Sale
DSV Integration & Seller Performance:
- Timely delivery and ownership of from start to end of a supplier on boarding
- Provide email support for technical issues with orders to suppliers/internal stakeholders
- SLA Monitoring: rigorous follow ups and escalate to internal stakeholder when needed, as well as work closely with various internal teams to ensure everything on track
- Work on tickets assigned by Customer service agents and work back with supplier to resolve
- Vendor Liaison: Act as POC's for sellers and providing feedback and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Train vendors on usage of customer systems
