We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for an Inbound Voice Process . The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Resolve queries related to products/services, billing, or technical support
  • Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience:
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Up to 3 years of experience in customer support / BPO (Inbound Voice preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Insurence Is good a Plus.

  • Hindi and English is mandatory and Graduation is mandatory
