Department: Creator Success Experience
Required: Relevant experience in customer support, community management, or creator relations
Location: In-office | Full-time Salary Range: 20-25K Monthly
Role Overview
As part of the Creator Success team, you'll be the primary point of contact for creators on the platform.
Your mission is to onboard, support, and empower creators to maximize their earnings and engagement
. Key Responsibilities
Onboard new creators and guide them through the platform
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
Help creators improve their earnings and engagement metrics
Track creator performance and provide regular feedback and support
Solve day-to-day issues and act as a trusted advisor to creators
Identify opportunities to enhance the creator experience Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Background in customer support, community management, or creator/talent management
People-oriented: Genuinely enjoys working with people and solving their problems
Strong communicator: Clear, empathetic, and responsive
Organized: Ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance efficiently
