Customer Support Associate - Banking Voice Process
About the Role:
As a customer support associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. Our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Responsibilities:
- Addressing Queries
- Welcome Calling
- Inbound/Outbound
Qualifications:
- Fresher OR experienced with graduation.
- Graduation Mandatory with a provisional or degree certificate.
- Flexible to work rotational shift and rotational week-off.
- Mode of work - Work from Office.
- 6 days' work 1-day rotational week-off.
Required Skills:
- Must know and speak English + any two languages (Oriya, Kannada, Hindi, Konkani, Bengali, Assamese, Marathi).
Preferred Languages:
- Required Languages: Hindi with English.
Pay range and compensation package:
- Salary: Hindi-19K CTC.
