Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - E-commerce Platform
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through voice support.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduation mandatory
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- 0-1 year in any BPO domain (Freshers welcome)
- Looking for Immediate joiners.
Preferred Skills:
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM / 85% accuracy
- SVAR Score: 54
Pay range and compensation package:
- 19,000 Take Home / 23,000 CTC (Freshers)
- 22,000 Take Home / 26,000 CTC (1+ year experience in Customer Support)
