Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - E-commerce Platform


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through voice support.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Graduation mandatory


Required Skills:

  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
  • 0-1 year in any BPO domain (Freshers welcome)
  • Looking for Immediate joiners.


Preferred Skills:

  • Typing Speed: 30 WPM / 85% accuracy
  • SVAR Score: 54


Pay range and compensation package:

  • 19,000 Take Home / 23,000 CTC (Freshers)
  • 22,000 Take Home / 26,000 CTC (1+ year experience in Customer Support)
