The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role supports our commitment to high service standards and plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and collaborate to resolve them effectively
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system
• Monitor customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations
• Contribute feedback on customer trends, process improvements, and product enhancements
• Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree is a plus)
• 6 Months - 5 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools, ticketing systems, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required
