We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a leading global BPM organization in Pune .
Shift: US Shifts (Evening/Night)
Experience: 12 years in international customer service / chat support
Typing Speed: 3035 WPM minimum
Role Highlights:
- Handle US customer chats with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot smart devices / technical issues
- Manage orders, returns, refunds, and warranty queries
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPIs
