Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries and issues through non-voice channels, such as email and chat, and handle outgoing calls if needed for social media queries and escalations. The role requires providingaccurateinformation,assistingwith troubleshooting, and ensuringa high levelof customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat.
Handle outgoing calls as needed for social media queries and escalations.
Provideaccurateandtimelyinformation about products, services, and policies.
Assistcustomers with troubleshooting and problem-solving professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
Maintaina high levelof customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements and Skills:
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service software, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
Previousexperience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in Hindi is a plus, as the role may involve managing customer inquiries in Hindi.
1+ years of experience in a similar field.
Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
Availability for rotational shifts (day shift only).
Qualifications:
1-3years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Additionalqualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previousexperience in handling social media queries.
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
Fluency in multiple languages, with Hindi being a plus.
Experience working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
