At Granotone, were building a creative ecosystem for artists and makers across India. As we continue to grow, were looking for a Customer Support Associate who can deliver a seamless and delightful experience to our customers.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels and play a key role in building trust and satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls
Resolve product-related concerns and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) for issue resolution
Manage order tracking, returns, and complaints
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Identify patterns in customer issues and suggest improvements
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
Interest in art, craft, or creative products is an added advantage
