Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Global Accounts) to handle client queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channels.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social platforms
  • Understand customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations) when required
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department promptly
  • Meet defined service quality standards and response time SLAs
  • Share feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer experience



Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)

01 years of experience in customer support or customer service

(Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)

A customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
