Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to US banking services.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance, and service standards during calls.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts / 247 rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM systems.
- Prior international voice process or banking process experience will be an added advantage.
