Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to US banking services.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
  • Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines, compliance, and service standards during calls.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts / 247 rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM systems.
  • Prior international voice process or banking process experience will be an added advantage.
