About Prosperr.io
Prosperr.io is a fast-growing FinTech platform dedicated to simplifying income tax and personal finance for millions. We are building the world's first Super App for Global Income Tax. We are looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Operations Manager to take full ownership of a specific Business Unit (BU), drive process excellence, and deliver world-class customer experiences.
Were looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to lead, mentor, and scale our CS function at Prosperr.io .
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Customer Success team
- Drive onboarding, training, support & customer satisfaction
- Track daily team productivity & success metrics (CSAT/NPS/NPS)
- Handle escalations and ensure strong customer relationships
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Support teams
- Improve retention, engagement, and customer experience
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in team handling (CS/Support)
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Proficient in MS Office & quick at learning new tools
- Sales experience is a plus
Bonus:
- SaaS/Fintech or client success background
- Understanding of customer lifecycle & retention strategies
