Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist who treats every customer conversation as signalnot noise.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, and product .
We dont care about customer support scripts. We care about customer outcomes.
We want someone who:
- Listens like a detective, not a chatbot
- Explains things simply without talking down
- Thinks in systems, not one-off fixes
- Notices patterns before dashboards do
- Can translate human frustration into actionable product insight
Translation: You help customers winand make mavic smarter because of it.
You will:
- Handle customer inquiries across all channels | (in-app, email, chat, WhatsApp, socialsreal humans, real questions)
- Run customer demos alongside sales | Helping prospects understand how mavic fits their workflow, not just what buttons to click
- Build and maintain customer FAQs, help docs, and quick-start guides | So customers can help themselves without feeling abandoned
- Own post-signup customer experience | Onboarding, follow-ups, check-ins, renewalsmaking sure customers actually succeed with mavic
- Be the voice of the customer internally | Youll surface feedback, pain points, and feature requests into product discussions and planning
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing | Making sure customer reality is represented in what we build and how we sell
