Job Description
Shoplinky is a creator-commerce & affiliate platform helping brands collaborate with creators and track performance seamlessly.
Youll own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success for brands & creators , ensuring they get real value from Shoplinky.
- Onboard and activate new brands & creators
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Help launch campaigns and affiliate programs
- Drive product adoption and reduce churn
- Share customer feedback with product & sales teams
- 15+ years in Customer Success / Account Management / SaaS Support
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Startup mindset; comfortable with fast-moving teams
- Bonus: SaaS, influencer marketing, eCommerce, or Shopify experience
