Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Experience Specialist Learner Success to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our learners throughout their journey.
This role will focus on learner onboarding, engagement, issue resolution, progress tracking, and satisfaction management, ensuring strong retention and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for learners throughout their program journey.
- Manage onboarding processes, orientation sessions, and platform familiarization.
- Monitor learner engagement and proactively address drop-offs or concerns.
- Coordinate with academic, instructor, and operations teams to resolve queries.
- Track learner progress and ensure smooth program completion.
- Collect feedback through surveys and interactions to improve learner experience.
- Maintain detailed learner records and update CRM / tracking systems.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 05 years of experience in Customer Experience, Learner Success, Customer Success, or Operations roles, preferably in EdTech or professional education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High empathy and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple learners and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with working professionals or executive education programs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and learner management systems.
- Basic understanding of AEC / Architecture / Civil Engineering domains.
