Job Description

Internship Period: 6 months with full time conversion

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Onsite)

Work Shift: 5 days a week

Our offerings include product-led engagement and offering service based Corporate Wellness offering in the Health and Wellness Space like EAP programs, Fitness options like Stepping and Weight Loss Challenges, Online Doctor Consultations, Customized Health Checks and more.

Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Sales & Growth Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & Engagement Operations

  • Coordinate and execute client engagement events (webinars, workshops, activations).
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including internal alignment and stakeholder coordination.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure post-event documentation and reporting.


2. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers with accuracy.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and timely updates.
  • Identify data gaps and proactively flag inconsistencies.


3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Follow up on deliverables and ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain documentation of communication and process flows.


4. Process & Documentation

  • Update SOPs and internal trackers.
  • Maintain structured documentation for all accounts.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are logged and archived systematically.


Requirements:

Graduation/Post Graduation

Graduation is Psychology field is a plus

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets

Basic knowledge in Psychology

Prioritization skills (Time Management)

Communication - Able to communicate and write well

Active Listening - Able to listen, understand and then respond appropriately

Presentation skills
