The role


As a Customer Success Manager for Archer, you will own the successful delivery, adoption, and commercial outcomes of Archer across a portfolio of customers. Archer is a high-impact, outcome-driven product, and this role combines technical onboarding, user advocacy, data-led optimisation, and value storytelling.


Your core focus is to turn customers into long-term champions of Archer. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with users and stakeholders, represent customer needs internally, and ensure customers can clearly see, trust, and act on Archers impact through relevance, volume, and measurable outcomes.


You'll be the first of our team based in India, and you'll work closely with colleagues in the UK, USA and Romania!


Objectives


The objective of the Archer Customer Success Manager role is to:

  • Ensure Archer is successfully implemented and embedded into customer workflows
  • Drive strong Proof of Value outcomes through clear, relevant success metrics
  • Create internal customer advocates who trust and prioritise Archer candidates
  • Continuously optimise Archer performance to improve relevance, volume, and downstream impact
  • Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating clear, sustained value


Responsibilities


Archer onboarding and implementation

  • Lead the onboarding and go-live of Archer customers, partnering with AEs/ADs where needed
  • Recommend and implement the most effective setup for job feeds, source tracking, and reporting based on customer systems
  • Ensure customers are fully prepared to evaluate Archer performance before launch


Success metrics and Proof of Value ownership

  • Establish clear current-state benchmarks, including application-to-interview and application-to-hire rates by source
  • Track, interpret, and communicate Archer performance throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Translate data into clear narratives that build confidence with customers and support commercial outcomes


Creating customer advocates and driving adoption

  • Identify and develop Archer Advocates within customer teams by building trust, credibility, and ownership
  • Help customers understand how to work with Archer candidates so they are reviewed, trusted, and prioritised
  • Identify priority roles, teams, or geographies where Archer can deliver the greatest impact
  • Support customers with clear messaging and insights that enable internal adoption


Ongoing optimisation and insight-led engagement

  • Monitor Archer performance across relevance, volume, engagement, and role coverage
  • Lead regular optimisation and fine-tuning sessions informed by Archer and ATS data
  • Diagnose and address adoption challenges such as low review rates, trust gaps, or workflow friction
  • Share customer feedback and performance insights internally and own follow-through to resolution


Renewal support and expansion

  • Maintain strong visibility on Archer outcomes to support renewal conversations
  • Identify opportunities where Archer could deliver additional value through deeper or broader use
  • Partner with Sales and Account Directors to progress expansion where impact is proven


What we're looking for


  • Experience in recruitment
  • Strong comfort working with data, metrics, and performance trends, and explaining them clearly to customers
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment workflows, or hiring metrics is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with hands-on users and operational teams
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with outcome-focused storytelling
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning problems through to resolution
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with global customers
