Job Description
What Youll Do
Partner with prospects to understand requirements and design tailored solutions
Lead product demos, proofs-of-concept, and interactive workshops
Create detailed solution documents, proposals, and statements of work
Support new client onboarding and conduct training sessions
Monitor product adoption, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer success
Build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with Product & Sales teams to relay feedback and improve offerings
What Were Looking For
Ideally working in any SaaS setup and understands basics of technology systems / APIs
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
A customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently
