Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Coimbatore with opportunities for partial work-from-home. The Customer Success Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and acting as the client's advocate. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality and collaborating with teams to align on customer objectives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and ensuring positive client experiences
  • Proficiency in Relationship Building and nurturing long-term client partnerships
  • Customer Retention expertise and strategic thinking to enhance client loyalty
  • Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and improve services
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work in both remote and in-office environments
  • Experience on Canadianclients
  • Ability to write in French and speak in French is desirable
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
