Were Hiring: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

As a CSM, youll:
- Drive AI product adoption across HR and recruitment teams
- Act as a strategic bridge between product, engineering, sales, and clients
- Ensure clients get measurable value from AI workflows
- Manage accounts with data-driven insights, SLAs, and outcome metrics
- Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through value creation
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI and product capabilities
What were looking for:
- Strong recruitment domain knowledge and experience with HR systems/ATS platforms
- High-impact, consultative communication skills
- Strong customer ownership mindset and data-driven decision-making
- Calm, strategic, and resilient mindset with excellent people intelligence
Success metrics include:
- Product adoption and AI utilization
- Time-to-value (TTV)
- Customer retention (NRR / GRR)
- Expansion revenue contribution
- SLA compliance & enterprise account satisfaction
Location: Bangalore or Chennai (WFO)
Experience: 5+ Years
Travel: Ready to be available when required, including client visits
