Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with corporate clients to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of the Superset platform.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, support clients during the initial implementation phase, and help build strong long-term relationships.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients and understand their business needs throughout the client lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the Superset platform.
- Provide platform training to client teams and guide them through setup and best practices.
- Support clients in maximizing product adoption and usage.
- Handle client queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Track adoption and usage metrics to identify potential risks and support renewals.
- Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and product adoption.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client-facing roles, or operations.
- Minimum 18 months of sales experience working with HR leaders in medium or large organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide practical solutions.
- Interest in building long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Experience working in a SaaS or software company is preferred.
