ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a technically strong Customer Success Manager BI & Analytics who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Business Intelligence solutions.

This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the internal BI/Data team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and successfully implemented through data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management capability, and technical understanding of data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python.

The role requires someone who can structure requirements, validate data logic, define KPIs clearly, and ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and usability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Requirement Gathering & Documentation :

• Engage with clients to understand business problems, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical and technical specifications for the BI team
• Prepare structured requirement documentation including KPI definitions, business logic, data source mapping, assumptions, and edge cases
• Identify data dependencies and potential risks during early stages of project execution

2.Analytics Solution Design :

• Evaluate feasibility of analytics requirements and recommend suitable BI solutions
• Work closely with internal BI developers and data analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Guide the design of dashboards to ensure insights are aligned with business objectives
• Provide recommendations on best practices for dashboard design, reporting, and analytics adoption

3. Data Understanding & Validation :

• Write and validate SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Understand data models and database structures
• Perform data validation and reconciliation before delivering outputs to stakeholders
• Use tools such as Python (Pandas) or Excel for data exploration and validation when required
• Ensure KPI logic is implemented correctly across dashboards and reports

4. Dashboard & Reporting Oversight

• Work with the BI team to design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Understand DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts in Power BI
• Review dashboards for correctness, usability, and alignment with business requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before final deployment.

5. Stakeholder Management :

• Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and the BI delivery team
• Conduct client meetings, requirement workshops, and dashboard walkthroughs
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement ambiguities
• Escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner
• Ensure smooth coordination between business teams and analytics teams

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• 36 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Consulting
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation
• Hands-on experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
• Basic working knowledge of Python (Pandas preferred) for data analysis or validation
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and KPI design
• Ability to convert business requirements into structured analytical solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
• Comfortable interacting with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in client-facing analytics or consulting roles
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and structured data environments
• Exposure to healthcare analytics or hospital data systems is preferred but not mandatory
